The Circular Economy: How to develop sustainable businesses

CEBRI is pleased to share the publication "The Circular Economy: How to Develop Sustainable Businesses?", which is the result of the event held in partnership with the Dutch Consulate in Rio de Janeiro. The report introduced the concept of the Circular Economy as a possibility to generate value within an efficient and conscious development model, bearing in mind not only climate change as an environmental challenge, but also the depletion of natural resources. In addition, the report presents practical cases of success in the Netherlands and Brazil, possibilities of transition within business models and discusses the role of civil society and public authorities in the transition to a circular economy.
