For over two decades, the Forte International Security Conference has established itself as one of the leading platforms for dialogue on security and defense between Latin America and Europe. Organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS Brazil), in partnership with the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) and the European Union Delegation to Brazil (EUDEL), the conference seeks to address the main challenges to international stability from interdisciplinary, diplomatic, and strategic perspectives.

The 2026 edition is grounded in the recognition that the intersection of technology, security, and democracy has become one of the defining dimensions of contemporary international politics.
