Reflexões sobre a Geopolítica no contexto da quarta revolução industrial e dos novos desafios de segurança internacional

The article by the Defense and International Security Program presents the unpublished texts that served as the basis for the participation of the Senior Fellow of CEBRI, Ronaldo Gomes Carmona, professor of geopolitics at the Escola Superior de Guerra (ESG), at the Forte de Copacabana International Security Conference in the editions 2019 and 2021. The first text, "Geopolitics and the Fourth Industrial Revolution", refers to the participation of Prof. Carmona at the panel "The Fourth Industrial Revolution: Impacts on International Security and the Reshaping of Global Order" in the 2019 edition of the Conference, in the Escola de Guerra Naval (EGN), in Rio de Janeiro. The second text, "Geopolitics, Multilateralism and Contemporary International Security" served as the basis for his presentation at the panel "Overcoming Insecurity: Multilateralism and the Role of Transnational Security Alliances" in the 2021 edition of the Conference.
