The latest edition of the Policy Papers series aims to provide participants with a publication that anticipates and prepares them for the themes to be discussed at the conference, while also offering relevant content for anyone interested in these discussions. This publication consists of six chapters dedicated to three topics: Multilateral Aspects of Climate Change: Challenges for COP30; Climate Change, Security, and International Crime: A Complex Interaction; and The Geopolitics of Energy in the 21st Century: Power, Resources, and Security. Each topic features two chapters: one dedicated to the Latin American perspective and the other focusing on the European viewpoint. The Policy Papers format uses a more direct and practical language, aiming to highlight challenges and present policy recommendations.
Previous editions of the Forte International Security Conference publications are available for free download on the official CEBRI's policy papers website. This bilingual collection of Policy Papers addresses the key issues discussed at the conference, encompassing the various challenges at the international level as well as potential solutions, which require coordinated collaboration among a wide range of actors operating in diverse spheres.
