The Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) has been recognized as one of the four Brazilian think tanks on the “100 Think Tanks to Watch 2025” list, produced by On Think Tanks. In Latin America and the Caribbean, 16 institutions were selected, four of which are Brazilian: in addition to CEBRI, the list includes Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), IPEA, and Plataforma Cipó.

On Think Tanks (OTT) is a global platform and consultancy dedicated to promoting change and strengthening research organizations, foundations, governments, and institutions that work toward evidence-based decision-making.

The mapping conducted by OTT highlights institutions that, in the view of experts and key actors, stand out for their innovations, good practices, and impactful work in their areas of activity.
