The event consisted of a conversation about the new Brazilian foreign policy between Ambassador Roberto Abdenur, CEBRI's Trustee, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1993-94) and Ambassador of Brazil in Washington D.C. (2004-06) and in Beijing (1989-92), and Feliciano de Sá Guimarães, CEBRI's Academic Director and Professor at USP.
