Ambassador Rubens Ricupero, Trustee Emeritus of the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI), was interviewed this Tuesday, April 27th, by the Valor Econômico news outlet.

Having served as Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) for almost a decade and as Minister of Finance and Environment, Ricupero spoke about the surplus of Covid-19 vaccines, how the donation of doses should work, and which countries are most likely to receive them.

Ricupero, who also served as Ambassador to the US, Italy and the United Nations, also spoke about the climate goals announced last week at the Climate Leaders Summit and Brazil's environmental challenges, just a couple of months away from the COP26 in Glasgow.
