Biography Larissa Wachholz

Business executive and institutional relations professional with over fifteen years of experience. Partner at Vallya Participações. Lived in Beijing from 2008 to 2013. Works in infrastructure, energy, and agribusiness. Served as Special Advisor to the Minister of Agriculture of Brazil between 2019 and 2021, where she established the "China Program". Obtained her Master's degree in Contemporary Chinese Studies from Renmin University of China, with experiences at the London School of Economics and Peking University.Contributes regularly to the press, think tanks, and academia. Senior Fellow for Asia Program at CEBRI (Brazilian Center for International Relations), where she coordinates the China Analysis Group. Co-founder and former vice president of IRELGOV (Institute of Government Relations).
