Biography Ana Toni
Ana is an economist and has a PhD in political science. She is currently the executive director of the Institute for Climate and Society (iCS). Ana is the co-founder of GIP (Public Interest Management). She was chair of the board of Greenpeace International from 2010 to 2017. Ana has extensive experience working in the areas of public policy advocacy, environment and climate change, sustainable development and philanthropy. She has been a board member of several organizations, such as GIFE Brazil, WINGS, ITS and the Wikimedia Foundation. She is presently a member of the Network of Brazilian Women Leaders for Sustainability and a board member of Agência Pública, Gold Standard Foundation, ClimaInfo, Instituto República, International Transparency and IPAM.
