Diez años de IIRSA: lecciones aprendidas

The Initiative for the Integration of Regional Infrastructure in South America (IIRSA) was established in 2000. The pillars of the IIRSA are innovative: 1) building a common vision of infrastructure, 2) working in synergy with three sectors - transport, energy and communications, and 3) identifying and arranging a project portfolio while searching for the establishment of regulatory frameworks that facilitate integration.
