CEBRI-Journal's seventh issue features guest editor Eugênio V. Garcia, deputy consul general and head of Science, Technology, and Innovation at the Consulate General of Brazil in San Francisco. The issue's selected contributions present perspectives on political relations worldwide and the digital infrastructure connecting the contemporary world. The launch event has the participation of the guest editor and the journal's editors-in-chief, Hussein Kalout, CEBRI International Advisor, and Feliciano de Sá Guimarães, CEBRI Academic Director; and diplomat Tatiana Carvalho Teixeira; UNESCO researcher Lutiana Barbosa; and IR professor at Brasilia University Antonio Jorge Ramalho, presenting their contributions to the edition.
