Brazil-US Relations under the Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Agreement

On April 22nd, CEBRI's United States and International Security Programs held a meeting to discuss the military's Research, Development, Test and Evaluation Agreement (PDTA), signed in March, as well as its repercussion and the next steps of the agreement. The debate addressed the benefits for Brazil and for the United States, for the military dynamics between the countries and a closer dialogue with other important actors such as industry and academia.
