On March 22nd, CEBRI, in partnership with the Centro para la Apertura y el Desarrollo de América Latina (CADAL), held the roundtable "A New Constitution and a New President in Cuba: Real or Fictitious Change?" with the participation of the University of Havana Historian, Manuel Cuesta Morúa, and moderation of the CEBRI Trustee, Ambassador José Alfredo Graça Lima.
