Hallack was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mover Participações, formerly Camargo Corrêa Group. He served on the Board of Directors of Embraer as Chairman and Board Member. He was Executive Director of the Bozano, Simonsen Group. Previously, he was CFO and Executive Director of Business Development at Vale.

Hallack is a lawyer with a bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora and an Executive MBA from Pace University in New York.
