Biography Gabriella Seiler

Gabriella Seiler is an independent advisor and systemic entrepreneur working at the intersection of environment, technology, and finance. She has over 20 years of experience across climate and infrastructure finance, innovation, and public policy, with a career spanning Brazil and the United States across the private sector (Morgan Stanley, Vinci Partners, Kunumi), multilateral institutions (International Finance Corporation), and government (state and federal levels in Brazil).

Gabriella recently led the design of a new science–policy institute for climate and nature at Instituto Serrapilheira. She was also an early founding partner and COO of Kunumi, a certified-B Corporation and pioneer in applied artificial intelligence, where she led operations, corporate development, and venture incubation, and managed a complex multi-stakeholder M&A process culminating in the company’s acquisition by Bradesco in 2023. Prior to Kunumi, she served as Director of Infrastructure Investing at Vinci Partners, where she gained extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and implementing financing mechanisms for large-scale infrastructure projects across energy, water and sanitation, and logistics.

Gabriella holds a BA in Economics from Duke University and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School. She is an Eisenhower Fellow and a Planetary Fellow at the Berggruen Institute.
