Final Report | Brazil-Germany Dialogue: Possibilities for and challenges to multilateralism and bilateral cooperation

Throughout 2018, the Brazil-Germany Dialogue project, promoted by CEBRI’s Europe Program, in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, discussed issues like environmental and energy cooperation, security and safety cooperation, migration, economic relations and energy geopolitics. Three workshops were held over the course of the year, in Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, and Sao Paulo. This report reviews the debates, identifying challenges and opportunities for bilateral cooperation.
