Biografia Danilo Marcondes

Danilo Marcondes is Professor of Higher education in the Brazilian War College (ESG), attached to the division of Geopolitical and International Relations Division (DAGRI) and to the Graduation Program in International Security and Defense (PPGSID). At ESG, Danilo is also research coordinator and is a member of the Defense and Diplomatic Research Program (NEDD). Danilo has a PhD in Politics and International Studies by Cambridge University, with a dissertation on Brazil - Mozambique cooperation. Danilo Has been a junior visiting fellow at Geneva’s Graduate INstitute of International Studies (IHEID) and visiting research at the Institute of Economic and Social Studies (IESE) in Maputo (Mozambique). Has worked at Amazônia Azul (AMAZUL) Defense Technologies S.A., Konrad Adenauer (KAS) and Fulbright Commission/EducationUSA. Danilo currently has federal and state (Rio de Janeiro) productivity fellowships. His publications address subjects related to Brazil-Africa relations, specially in the South Atlantic space, including papers published at Cambridge Review of International Affairs, International Peacekeeping, Africa Review, Journal of Peacebuilding and Development, Contexto Internacional and Revista Brasileira de Política Internacional.
