Representatives from the University of Geneva attended the workshop 'What's new for Brazil in the New Development Bank', organized by the Brazilian Center for International Relations (CEBRI) on September 22, in Rio de Janeiro. The objective was to comprehend and share knowledge about operations of development banks and to identify relevant actors in the process of international funding.
The panel discussion was composed by Lavínia Barros de Castro, Director of Planning and Research at BNDES; Paulo Ferracioli, professor at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and member of CEBRI’s Advisory Board; Ambassador Valdemar Carneiro Leão, Senior Fellow for CEBRI’s Asia Thematic Program; Leonardo Paz, Study and Debate Coordinator from CEBRI, among several others guests.
